Welcome to Snow Boutique. We are dedicated to delivering our luxury abayas and designs to you in the safest and most efficient manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy. 1. Shipping Destinations We proudly offer domestic shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and international shipping to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including: • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) • State of Qatar • State of Kuwait • Sultanate of Oman • Kingdom of Bahrain 2. Processing & Tailoring Time • Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. • Pre-Order / Tailored Items: If an item requires custom tailoring or is on pre-order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for creation before shipment. You will be notified via email/WhatsApp once your order is ready. 3. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Rates We partner with premium couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. • United Arab Emirates (Domestic): - Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days. - Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders above AED 1,000. For orders below AED 1,000, a standard shipping fee of AED 25 applies. • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries: - Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days. - Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the destination country and weight. Free international shipping is applicable on orders exceeding AED 1,500 (or local currency equivalent). 4. Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment's journey in real-time. 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For GCC International Shipments) For deliveries outside the UAE, please note that your order may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. • These charges are determined entirely by the local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. • Snow Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. 6. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and email are entered accurately at checkout. • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
