Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Snow Boutique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns & Exchanges: • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. • Due to the nature of custom-made or tailored abayas, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds: • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
